Quality you can see — and the kind you can’t
Finish work is what your friends will compliment when they visit. But the parts behind the drywall — the framing, the plumbing, the electrical, the waterproofing — are what determines whether your renovation lasts five years or twenty-five. We give equal attention to both, and we’d rather slow down to get the rough-in right than rush to make a Friday deadline.
Communication that doesn’t disappear
The most common complaint about contractors isn’t quality of work — it’s vanishing texts, missed calls, and surprise change orders. We commit to weekly progress updates with photos, same-day response on questions during business hours, and written approval before any scope changes. No surprises on invoice day.
A local team that’s invested in your neighbourhood
We live and work in the West Island. Many of our projects come from referrals — neighbours pointing neighbours our way. That doesn’t happen by accident, and it’s a standard we work hard to keep. When we hand over the keys at the end of a project, we want you to be willing to put our number in your phone for the next homeowner who asks.
